If you want the focus that comes from having your own trainer, without the pressure to perform one on one, small group
personal training could be for you.
We train small groups and create multilevel training plans to suit all abilities. It’s a cost-effective way to enjoy the benefits of working with an expert trainer, with the added bonus of building relationships and getting extra motivation from others in the group.

How it works
Individual personal training is tailored to your particular strengths, ability level and goals.

- Body fat measurements:We’ll record your weight and girth measurements, conduct a skin fold test and assess your body fat percentage
- In depth fitness testing: We use a series of tests designed to show us your ability. These include but are not limited to structural balance and cardio tests.
- Personalised program: Your trainer will create a tailored program to help you achieve your goals that will be reviewed and updated as you go.
- Variety of training: You’ll experience a variety of training methods to keep your experience fresh and enjoyable.
- My Fitness Pal tracking:We recommend our trainees use the free My Fitness Pal app to track calories and food intake. Your trainer will monitor your progress and keep you accountable.
Please note: No previous experience is required, and we accept trainees at all levels of ability.
Mobile personal training – we come to you
If you hate big, busy gyms and don’t want to drive for an hour to get your training on, mobile personal training is for you.
